Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders normally ship within 2-5 business days from receipt. Orders for 25 or more bottles of All Gone, will ship within 7-10 business days unless we contact you (the customer) to make other arrangements.

Free Shipping only applies in the continental United States.

Returns Policy:

For requests for returns for All Gone Odor Eliminator, please send an email to cindyleemarketing@gmail.com with the reason for the return.

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.  Returns must be in their original sealed container. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item(s) has been received in good condition, a credit will be issued on the card used for the purchase.

Refunds:

Once the returned item(s) has been received in good condition, a credit will be issued on the card used for the purchase. this credit may take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card account.

Exchanges:

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to: cindyleemarketing@gmail.com and explain the situation and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
